When you complete the contact form on this website, we collect the details you enter (name, organisation, email address, phone number, enquiry type and message), together with the fact that you have consented to us handling that information in accordance with this policy.

Providing your name, email address, enquiry type and message is necessary for us to respond. If you would prefer not to use the form, you can contact us directly at contact@visolute.com.

Website usage and analytics data

Our website and hosting provider automatically record certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, the pages you view, the time of your visit and basic device information. This is used to operate the site securely and to understand, in aggregate, how it is used.

We will respond to your request within a reasonable period, usually within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before providing access. If we decline a request, we will explain why in writing, unless it would be unreasonable to do so.
